  • Hey there! Sorry for delaying in replying. So, the heart rate monitor is a biggie. I have a Polar FT4 and it has allowed me not only to track the amount of calories I have burned, but also to ensure I am within a safe range for working out. It sounds like you are definitely on the right track though. The second month is…
  • Hey there! First off, congrats on tackling Insanity! It's a challenging program, but if you stick with it, you will see some great resluts (both aesthetically and health-wise). So, what is your calorie intake like? How many cals are you taking in? Are you using a heart rate monitor to track your exercise calories or are…

  • 26 here! In Mass, anyone is more than welcome to add me. Always up for some health buddies! :)
  • Hello! I'm a motorcycle enthusiast and definitely love muscle cars (I'm a corvette girl). I ride a V-star 650 but have my eye on a Victory Vegas for next riding season. :)
  • Hi All! I'm on my last 10 lbs as well! I lost 40 pounds a year and a half ago and pretty much maintained that weight loss, but now I'm looking to lose the last few pounds and tone up. I'm doing Turbofire right now and after that I'm looking at either Les Mills Combat or Tapout xt. I struggle with the urge of just eating…
