Started the challenge on 1/7/08 @ 170 lbs. Today I am at 167. No weight loss this week. I think that I need to exercise more and drink more water. My goal of 159 probably will not happen until March 1st. Good luck all!:sad:

1/7/08 - 170 lbs. 1/14/08 - 168 lbs. 1/21/08 - 167 lbs. Goal 159 I had to fly to Palm Springs for 4 days to check on my parents. First week check in: 1/7/08 - 170 lbs. 1/14/08 - 168 lbs. Goal - 159 It is amazing what a little PMS will do for water retention...I was 167 on saturday. I expect a bigger drop by next week. Good luck everyone.

Hi, I found this website by accident last Sunday evening. I was looking for an online food counter and journal and fortunatley I found this. I am a week late with the challenge but I started on Monday at 168lbs. My goal 159 by Valentines. Thanks to this website. I will check in monday eveing with my first week weight loss.…
