I only lost 1lb this week and am disappointed!
I knew this day would come, i am starting to plateau i juts know it! I do around this weight! :grumble:
Anyway i guess its time to switch up what i am doing!
Weight at start of challenge 197lbs
Weight this week 188lbs
Lost this week 1lb
Total loss for challenge 9lbs
V Day goal 180lbs
8lbs to go! (in 3 weeks!!)

Good job on your loss Amanda! :bigsmile: And everyone else as well! Amanda, don't worry. Like you said...just switch up your routine a bit and maybe switch up what you're eating as well...and hopefully avoid that plateau! YOU CAN DO IT! :flowerforyou: Good luck to everyone! Well for me thats 8 lbs in 4 weeks ...... thats bang on my target ......
but now I have to go to Spain :glasses: for 10 days and break my routine ... ...
but I will weigh in on other scales and use that them until I get back ....

3lbs lost this week makes up for not losing any last week. :happy: I'm feeling 100% confident about my valentine's goal.....especially seeing as my husband is out of town working until the weekend before valentine's (he was a chef for many years and still enjoys cooking at home, not a big help when it comes to weight loss :ohwell: his food is so yummy :sad: ) As long as he's gone I should be able to steer clear of any temptation (my cooking sucks):laugh:

Things are moving along (surprisingly after my "bad" Friday night).
Start in Nov - 182.5
Last week - 167.6
Today - 165
VDay goal - 160
Overall goal - 138
Only 5 lbs to go in 2.5 weeks! It is realistic if I keep up with it! And I have extra motivation to try to drop below 160 for the first time in who knows how many years!!

Jumping on board here...might be over-extending myself a little but would love to be at 180 by Valentine's Day.

Started the challenge on 1/7/08 @ 170 lbs. Today I am at 167. No weight loss this week. I think that I need to exercise more and drink more water. My goal of 159 probably will not happen until March 1st. Good luck all!:sad:0

Starting weight 211 lbs
Last week 199 lbs
This week 199.5 lbs
TOTAL LOST: 11.5 LBS
Not really too upset about the .5 lbs gain. I was really, really sick with the stomach flu for two days the week before and basically didn't (couldn't) eat anything for two days.
Back on track this week. My original goal was to be under 200 lbs by V-day, but since I've met that goal, I'm resetting it for 195 by V-day.
I have got to get back to exercising!!!!!

I know it's a little later in the game than when most join, but I'd like to get in on this challenge.
I weighed in today at 223 lbs
My Vday goal weight is 215
I am going to take the 10% theory and start with a total weight loss goal of 23 pounds to get down to 200.
I hope I can accomplish these goals and I don't get frustrated.0 -
Hmmm--Valentines is in three weeks.
I just started this diet on Monday at
196 lbs so I can make my first goal
to be under 190 by Valentines.

my initial weigh in at 196. Today at my weigh in I weighed 192

I know it is easiest to lose the weight the first week and can
expect it to be less next week but maybe I should make my
Valentine Challenge 186...that will be 10 pounds from my
initial weigh in. I can do this0 -
