I know this thread is old, but does MFP still only track the 13 nutrients? I need Magnesium added most of all.

Oh, by far the best for me is Wii Fit. I love, love, love the Advanced Step, Free Step and the Island Run. Actually, I love all of the aerobic exercises except boxing.

Hot dogs, mayo, any boxed food (i.e. Kraft macaroni and cheese), anything canned.

Hang in there, don't eat too much under your goal, and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (preferably more). It was about the 3rd week before I lost my first 2 LBS, but only after I began drinking water like I am supposed to. I also make sure I get in 10K steps daily, in addition to anything else I do.

:happy: I keep MFP in an open internet window at work and immediately log back in when I get home, but I'm not usually glued to it. I get satisfaction by immediately entering my meals for breakfast, snacks, lunch & dinner along with any exercise I've completed throughout the day. I can definitely see me being glued to…
