Absolutely!!! When I look in the mirror I never truly see how I look. Whenever I see pictures of myself I'm pleasantly surprised that I look about 15-20 lbs less than I do in my head. It's so hard for our minds to catch up with our bodies.

Yes, add them because although they might not have calories, they do have other things such as sodium, vitamins, etc. Also if you have enough they will have calories.

It could be that those people have gotten used to seeing you at your heavier weight - and now you look very thin compared to that. I have gotten that at my lowest weight (5'5, 135 lb) but I carry most of my weight in my lower half. As long as you are healthy and you feel good you have nothing to worry about. People are…

I started today, too. I lost 40 lbs a few years ago and have fluctuated with keeping the last 10 off. I was my lowest weight at my wedding, almost a year and a half ago, and now I am about 11 pounds over that. I'd like to get back to where I was and maybe lose an additional 5 lbs.
