Went well for me.Banana helped when i got hungry n nuts n dried fruits helped.i found that the water helps too! I think sometimes that it is a mind game.we so use to eating all this junk and we trick ourselves thinkin we hungry n that too for junk!Be strong!Load up on the good stuff

Good job Deb.My sis in law gave me a chocolate bar for my daughter n i lokked quite dunny smellin it.lol!cant taste it smell it!But i managed to keep away from if n had a banana instead.keep us updated of how u r going for day 3.Great job u doin so far!

Ooh thats a great idea.im gonna add se hard boiled egg to mine too.Im happy u thinking positive despite the craving and pushing through.Keep it up and results will be great.ystrday my husband was having some ice cream n the smell of it was so tempting.i got up and had an apple instead.

I surprisingly was able to control myself for easter.Had nice food but in moderate amount. im so excited for april as im on a 21 day no junk challenge, and i joined the kick *kitten* april group with lots of burpees and squates to be donr and now this group!

Hi all.its 5 pm here and so far so good!I had a busy day so didnt get much time to dwell on junk. I drank plenty of water. Im so driven right now and i think we have to be determined to achieve this. I will be snacking on carrots,cucumber cubes, air popped popcorn, light yoghurt, granola bar,Fat Free Rold Gold Tiny Twists (Kill a carbs-and-salt craving in a single snack session),strawberrys, I got these ideas online.I will be loading myself with plenty of water too whenever i feel hungry for junk

its gonna be tough.i also love junkies.But i am so determined.i am just fed up making excuses.I do believe in the occasional treats but i need to do this to show myself i can live without it.after that i will as usual have rewards during the weekends but just not overdo it.msg me anytime when u need support!

i started off at 165 lb about a year back made it to 138lb by october 2012.Now since after my november i gained back and im now at 150lb:( my target weight is 132 lb!
