Its as real as it can get.And I get it every month so it has become easy for me to know when my period is about to start.one week prior I will have cravings and no control over them.However i try to fight them I always give in.I wont sit infront of the fridge but every now and then I will pop a piece of choco in my mouth…

Hey so far so good!not easy!i was smelling pizza yesterday haha.cant taste it then smell it!i went to a kids birthday party with my daughter saturday!there were mini pizza n all yummy junkies.and my favourite weakness:FIZZY DRINKS:Coke etc.I had only water!i'm good so far:)
