Hi there, I'm overweight also. I'm 26 years old 5'3" and my weight starting out was 167lbs I'm now 162lbs but have a ways to go. I'd like to be 140lbs. So i'm right there with you. I'm gonna add you so we can help each other. Keep your head up!!

Hey I'm kinda new at this also and have been trying to watch what I eat and excerise more but it's not easy. You can add me as a friend if you like and we can help each other out. Question for you.... What kind of work out did you do for an hour and 35min???

Thanks I find myself doing really well then I miss a day or two of tracking or exercise and I'm off my wagon. I've noticed it's easier to stay on track when I have to work but the days I have off I slack off. I need to work on that.
