Every "diet" has its own way of cutting calories, and with the clubs you have been to that's how they did it. Moderation is the key here, good fats are not the bad guys they are made out to be. If your happy choosing lower fat options that's fine, but itbprobablyh wouldn't do you harm to swap up to some fuller fat…

I really really want to start lifting. I guess i feel intimidated by the prospect. I have NROLFW as a starting point I guess I need to suck it up and just DO IT!

Added, anyone feel free to add me too

I cook majority of my meals from scratch. I got batch one is Italian bean casserole, freezes well http://www.deliciousmagazine.co.uk/recipes/italian-bean-casserole Makes a good 6 portions not the 8. Sometimes I add chorizo to it if I have some about. Nice with a warm bread roll!

15lbs in 5/6 weeks is pretty good going once you average it out. My suggestion to you.....put away the scales, don't weigh yourself everyday and analyse the numbers. If you are making the right choices and exercising you WILL lose weight you've just got to keep chipping away. The scales will catch up with the healthy…
-
But your ticker says you've lost 15lbs is that not correct?
-
Change is amazing, its good to know someone who has done it sustainable, as I hate the gym much prefer outside with dog!
-
The Spanish style chicken is lovely made that this weekend
-
Also s l o w your running part right down. So its barely faster than walk
-
You just got to keep chipping away making good choices and exercising which your doing. You can't control what your body does, it'll show in the end :) and make sure you take your measurements :)
-
This is not a plateau, weight fluctuates all the time. If you can't handle the daily fluctuations don't weigh everyday. Carry on what your doing and it'll be gone by Saturday.

Scares me as in I have no where well lit and I worry about something bad happening or hurting myself, but not scared as in who may see me or what they think - not many other people tend to be out at 6am anyway.
-
No seriously, there are so many different tastes and textures I struggle to understand how you don't like any.....
-
I love those lentil curls! I don't really have diet food, just everything in moderation! Babybels are always handy to have
-

happy for anyone to add me. I need/want to lose 62lbs, I'm always falling off the wagon but this time its like a switch has been flicked inside. I'm doing this sensibly I'm not going to try and eat the least amount of calories then binge, or ban foods then binge. Everything in moderation but with a focus on filling up on…

Another one who has decided 2013 is the year. I've decided to be a bit more pragmatic about it and view for as a/lifestyle change rather than to eat less to lose weight, has put me in a different frame of mind and have not yet binged on the things I've banned from my diet, because everything is allowed within reason. Good…
