Homemade breakfast burrito (eggs, a few chopped potatoes and a little bit of cheese and salsa). I make them ahead of time so I only have to reheat French Toast 2 Eggs over medium over 1 slice of buttered whole wheat bread! Add a little salt and pepper! Mmmm

I struggle with that too. I have noticed a trend that I do better if I drink plenty of water, record my food intake down to the last bite, and focus on how I feel when I eat, vs once I'm done. I used to scarf my food down, then be so full I was uncomfortable :( Now I just eat and listen to the cues! Another thing that has…

Thanks for the advice! I did some googling and asking around, and I think I have a good idea of how I could make it work. I guess I assumed I would need to match the protein I was getting in meat, but I'm a dairy lover, so I think I could get enough in just by upping veggies and a little dairy. Thanks again :)
