I hate my bad health. I want to live like any other normal person does. I hate that it makes me feel all whiney and sad and wonder, why me? And why can't any doctors fix me? I completely love my husband.

I weigh myself multiple times a day, curiosity. I record once a day, the one right in the morning. When I go up in weight I do not get sad or beat myself up. I want to know my patterns. It doesn't always make sense to me. It simply is whatever it is that it is.

I'm going to see a very cool new movie today (PARANORMAN!!) and I made a nice isometric bank at work today. Actually I had a lot more than two things that are positive and made me happy today :D

That's basically my goal and timeframe too :D I started July 1st at 168 (yikes!) and hope to get to 145 over that 6 month time frame. I recently hit the 10lb mark and have started to drastically reduce my carbs.

I just finished Hip Hop Abs (ahaha) and am starting up on Turbo Jam. I already like it better.

I do have chronic dehydration and dry mouth from meds. A bladder problem keeps me from drinking very much comfortably, but I'll give upping my water intake a shot anyway! Thanks.

I did have a good protein shake the day before and still fainted dead away this morning. I'll take any advice to eat more protein :P haha, yummy. I did the math and I am at or above half of my weight in grams every day already though.

I did recently have extensive blood work done and all of my levels were in the acceptable ranges.

Lose 6-8 lbs, count my calories every day, do my turbo jam according to the schedule.

A bit taller than 5'10 and weigh 170 right now and wear size 8/10. When I am 150, like I usually am, I wear 6 or 8.

Skimmed through the first page of replies and they are not right at all. Wash the onion, just with water. When you peel off a layer there is that filmy translucent skin... that is what causes the tears. Even just having some on your hands will get you going.

Egg whites! And low fat Wheat Thins crackers. And rye bread. I guess none of those are new, just that I'm newly eating them... all the freaking time. I make these sandwiches which are toasted rye bread, old cheddar cheese, alfalfa sprouts, and a dill pickle slice. So good. Soooooo good. Have it almost everyday.

I see you already have pages and pages of advice, but I want to chime in. I recommend you buy a food scale. Weigh your food and enter your calories before you put them in your mouth.
