I don't think you are ever "too heavy" to trying anything, If you set your mind to it you can do anything you want. Just take it easy,one step at a time and don't push yourself too hard. You got this!!

If it is possible you should try the 28 day Engine 2 diet. That reallly Helped me break my plateau

I started off Going Vegan. I was vegan about 7 months. Now I just stay away from meat. I am about 90 percent vegan. That really helped me get healthy, Kept me away from fast food and all that mess. Once I got into MFP It was all about counting calories and working out that really made me see a change.

i have been on mfp for almost a year. 258 days. i started getting healthly little before that.

I eat 1200 plus work out calories

Counting my calories and working out. I was losing slowly for about 8 months then I joined mfp and got really serious about it and that is when I saw the weight really drop. so for me 180 days so far is when I have been seeing big differences because that is when I was really motivated
