I cannot run on a treadmill for the life of me. I get so bored, so I completely ditch running in the winter. Make sure you're not running too fast if you're going for distance. It should be relaxed and relatively easy.

I'm 5'2" with a goal of 130. I weighed 125 pounds when I was 16 and liked the size I was at then. This time around I'll have more muscle from lifting! Muahahaha!

I just got to this point. I lost .2 pounds last month! I hope it's not this slow for me for the rest of my last 10 pounds. I hear the less you have to lose, the closer to maintenance you should eat.

5'2" here also. I started at 169, but I've been weight training 3 times a week for about 2 months now with a trainer. I've learned a lot! Friend me if you'd like :)

I've gone from a DDD cup to a D cup and my boobs are the same as far as shape goes. I looked into breast lifts online, but a lot of the "after" pictures look like my boobs now! I guess they'll never be perky on their own like they were when I was younger. I'm not going to worry about it unless my nipples start pointing…

I hold on to every piece of evidence that shows me what I'm doing is working. Pictures, clothes fitting better, lifting more, running faster/longer, etc.

I tried low carb for a week. My lifting sucked, my dancing sucked, I was tired, cranky and wanted to punch everyone in the throat. Nobody can take my carbs away from me now!

I would write down my run on a post-it and use my watch as my timer. Worked okay for me!

I recently hired a trainer for weightlifting and we started working out together. It's so much more fun for me. I wouldn't want to work out with someone who isn't at my fitness level though. I can keep up with my trainer pretty good on most things.

I lost that amount in 4 months eating 1,600 calories a day, though it depends on how much you have to lose. My weight loss has definitely slowed down.

I'm aiming for 20% body fat and according to a calculater I used, that would put me at 130 pounds which is what I guessed for my goal weight. About an hour is good enough for me. Occasionally I'll take a class at the gym called "fire and ice" that's 2 hours long. I'm totally pooped by the end of it.

I totally made somthing like this last week. It was really good. I just subbed Greek yogurt for mayo in a recipe I had. It was better with the yogurt!
