I would eat for comfort. Eating a food I had as a kid or teenager brought back good memories (or so I thought). It's just a shame that a lot of the food I ate as a child wasn't good for me. Your BMR is what your body would need to survive if it were in a coma. Find out your TDEE (how many calories you burn in 24 including working, exercising, playing etc.) and take 20% off of that. Sounds like what you think is your BMR is actually your TDEE.

I've only had that happen once and I think it was some sort of interference because it hasn't happened since then. Make sure the strap is on tight enough as well.

^^This. Lost 26 pounds eating whatever I wanted as long as it was in my calorie goal. Now, I'm focusing more on my macros and eating healthier. I had pizza last night (3 slices) and a Reeses ice cream bar and it fit into my macros so it can be done! I still don't plan on limiting myself at all. I love food.

1 cup of bran flakes, 1/4 cup of granola and 1/2 ounce sliced almonds, topped with fat free milk. So yummy, but pretty high cal - almost 400 for a bowl. 19 grams of protein and 12 grams of fiber per bowl though.

I love protein powder. I usually have some in place of a snack cause it keeps me full.

Capri unitard and t-shirt or tank top. I like the unitard cause I don't have muffin top and I don't have to worry about accidentally exposing myself!

I was at the gym with my trainer and she saw a guy she knew (big, buff body builder) and she introduced us and he said that he loves seeing women lift weights and it shows that they really care about their body. I just log what my HRM says and make sure to not eat back all of my exercise calories. I might start deducting though, just cause it sounds more accurate.

Yep... I have no butt to speak of, but I've always had big boobs and a belly. My mom carries her weight in the same spots too.

I know my belly is going to be the last thing to go. I've started weight training and I'm focusing more on my body fat % now.

I pay $15 a session. I think my trainer is selling herself short, but she says she does it because she loves it. She's working with me on weight training.
