Weight Lifting/Toning will help boost your metabolism by creating more lean muscle. So my advice would be to Tone while losing weight. I don't think it will slow down your weight loss. If it does than that means you put on a lot of muscl and you will probably be very happy with the results. Good Luck!!

We bought one for our basement last year, which my wife loves and uses everyday!!!! However I do not get the same luxury because My head hit our basement ceiling when I use it, so I have to slouch over to not hit my head. The point is make sure this does not happen to you. Congrats!!!

I usually will hit a low weight for myself and then will be above that low weight for 1 or 2 weeks until I weigh in at a new low. Give it some time as long as you are eating the same and doing the same exercise you will be just fine!!:glasses:

Take every piece you pick, and put it on a plate, Once you see how much you are actually eating you will stop!! When I used to work in a restaurant the Spanish workers used to call me Aspiradora. Which means Vacuum cleaner, That is exactly how I used to pick on food all day. Like a vacuum cleaner!!!

1 I try to make just enough when I am cooking, 2 if there are leftovers I throw it away or wrap it for lunch.
