If you are not gaining weight it is a success!!! The weight will come off eventually. I came close to my goal weight....than got stuck and said screw this, it is not worth it. Then my body said no problem , here is 50 lbs!!!

My plan is to eat really slow!!!!! I also called my mom and told her not to cook for 100 people....she tends to do that. I remember last Easter I over did it!!! So I will be more careful this year!!

Emerald Breakfast on the go , Fruit is my daily . I have mad my own breakfast burritos and frozen them, which is a good idea but just remember to defrost the night before. Otherwise they get soggy.
