I Lost 100 Lbs in 9 months, then 8 lbs in the next 6 months, I was at 108 lbs lost. Then the scale stopped moving ......I lost motivation and put 20 lbs back on. I would agree but can not say that I didn't like it. I went from a size 46 to a size 34. So I had to by a new size every few weeks. It was costly but you always have one of those priceless moments when you are trying on new clothes and finding out you went down another size. Keep up the great work!!
