Fluctuating Scale
So I went to the supermarket and weighed myself on the Higi Machine. Hmmm it weighed 8 lbs lighter than my home scale. When I got home I weighed myself in the usual spot, sure enough 8 lbs heavier. So I have decided to commit 100% to lifting weights. If I give 1 area a rest for a day but it is still sore the next time...should I still rest it? I am really looking to put on muscle. Maybe I am just super sore because I never lift weights? Hopefully the recovery time decreases over the next few weeks.

Things That Ruin Your Workout!!!
Just went to the gym put my headphones on and found out that someone(Prob 1 of my 2 kids) removed the earbuds from headphones. Name some unexpected stuff that ruins your workoutAnother one for me is forgetting to wear a hat!!

Getting Back To Where You Were???
Has any one lost a lot of weight(in My case 108 lbs) and then put on A lot of weight (in my case 45 lbs) and successfully gotten back to where you were before you started gaining weight back on? Just looking to see how many people are in my situation.

Ok, so for the past 3 weeks I have had absolutely no motivation to go to the gym, or even to be super strict on my dieting. While I have not gained any weight. Has anyone hit a weight where they feel comfortable and then just lost motivation?

Too Busy Lately Fot The Gym!!!
Has anyone been too busy for the gym lately? Weirdly I have not been to the gym in 10 days but am still losing weight.....I used to go M,T,W,T,SUN. Now when I do go I might go 1 day and stay there for 15 minutes less...It makes me think that weight loss is more about diet than exercise......

I have been size 13 shoes for as long as I can remember, now they feel like they are too big. My foot measurement is still size 13. I tried on size 12 and they fit fine. My question is has anyone else felt like they needed a smaller shoes?

When lifting weights and lets just say you are on your third set and you are really struggling to get the last 3 reps of your set done. are you supposed to stop or just push through it, or should you lower your total lbs being lifted?
