Has anyone ever pulled a muscle in their Bicep , Its pretty discomforting so I am looking for faster healing advice or known healing time........

Sodium???
Ok whats the deal with sodium, I am supposed to stay at around 2500mg a day. I always seem over at days end. So I looked at today and I had 3 pickle spears and they were 990 mg of sodium. So is going over by 1,000 really that big of a deal???

Unwanted Help!!
Does anyone else find themselves telling people how many calories are in the food they are about to eat, only to be told that they they don't care!! I myself used to think the same way and wished someone educated me on the catastrophic effect on your body unhealthy foods have. Should I mind my business?

Did anyone lose any weight this past holiday?
Just wondering if anyone actually was able to lose weight this past holiday. I was doing really good and then I gained 7 lbs over this Christmas and new Years. Luckily I am back to my Pre-Christmas break weight........Any way Happy New years Everyone!!!!

Always Hungry!!!
I eat normally and stay within my calories for the day, but sometimes I am soooo Hungry. Is it normal to be hungry or should I eat more until I am not hungry. For Example last night I had a Bowl of shrimp Scampi and a caesar Salad. 1 Hour later I was starving so I ate More Pasta, a half hour later I was sooo hungry again.…

What is more important when losing weight Cardio or weight lifting. I would like to do both but after an hour of treadmill and elliptical I don't have any more energy for weights........
