i eat 1 large raw carrott with 2 servings of extra light soft cheese regulary. it sounds crazy but it does actully fill me up for a couple of hours- unlike other fruits and veg for example- apples!

when i lost weight a couple of years ago i didnt really notice- until i lost about 19 pounds and its like it happened overnight! my jeans were looser and everyone commented on my loss. give it until a few more lbs time and i bet you notice a loss :)

i actully log everything i eat and drink on here- no point lying to myself or mfp cuz its not gunna help me loose weight in the long run!!!

i just try to eat the healthiest i can- i try not to eat carbs after 3pm. Also i try to stay away from hard cheese, pasta and bread when i can as they are to moorish to me and i start to crave them!

i have a pair of jeans from back when i had my ideal figure so i want to fit back into them as they are awesome and also i want to look good in a little pair od short denim shorts!

ive got a few pics at me when i waws happy with my body- i have one stuck on my fridge and when the going gets tough i look at the pic and remind myself how happy and confident i was at that weight, and that motivates me to carry on. i think if you really weant to loose weight that much you will find a wayto do it!!! good…

one tip ive learned- never eat the same size portions as your man! i put alot of weight on that way!!!

if you have calroies left over at the end of the day i wouldnt suggest eating at all- as part of a diet is training yourself to NOT eat when your NOT hungry, as part of putting weight on is eating when your not hungry!!!

ive been eating super healthy, no carbs after 3pm, no goin over 1000cals perday and lots of dog walking :)

be warned citalopram made me gain nearly 2 stone (24lbs) when i took it

i was on citrilopram from 6 months and i gained nearly 2 stones although i was eating the same amount as always. thats the thing your depressed anyway and weight gain makes it worse its a crappy situation

i usually stick to chicken breast with salad, also if choosing sauces always go with tomato based ones instead of creamy ones as creamy ones are usually calorie laden. if eating out i try to avoid pasta or fried foods

i had one egg with yolk with 3 egg whites and 2 slices of thin ham and a handful of red onion.............made into an omlette its is roughly 170calories :)

can i ask was there a time in your life when u have been happy or happier with your weight/appearance? if so get a picture of yourself from that time and look at it when healthy eating gets hard to remind yourself what ur aiming for and how happy you will be in the end :)
