Hey everyone... im in my 3rd week of 5:2 and coping well so far. Looking to loose3-4 stone :)

Typical fast day for me Breakfast- banana and green tea Lunch- egg white omelette and peppermint tea Dinner smoked haddock/cod fillet with broccoli cauliflower cabbage and swede :) Plus plenty of water and 1cal teas through the day

Hi im on my 3rd week of 5:2. Im currently on my last evening of trying two consecutive fasting days rather than splitting them. I must admit i have found the process easier. Its weigh in day for me friday so i will let you no if ive had a bigger loss.... lets hope so! :D

I agree. I do eat way to much bread. Really going to have to work on that. No im not a veggie i just enjoy them. Yes im going to add more protein to my breakfast and see how i go Thanks guys

eat healthily and I recommend buying ' Jillian Michaels 30 day shred' a intense 20min work out. your meant to do it every day but im going to do it week days only :)

He agrees my bad skin and headaches are defiantly linked to implanon as for not loosing weight or putting it on very easily he did say other women have complained and have linked it to implanon as well.
