haha well may have to not eat many on the day before a night out instead then! Think the main culprits are onions and cauliflower for me but i love them!

this may mean that your breasts are made up of purely 'breast tissue' and not 'fat' alot of people have alot of fat in their breasts so when they loose weight they loose that fat. i no this as i worked alongside a breast surgeon for 8 years :)

i had mine done 4 years ago going from b to dd- best thing i ever did i feel so much more confident! make sure u research for a good surgeon and go for it! but will warn u if u want kids have them before having it done as u will probs need them redone otherwise :)

i think you should still have it but have low fat milk and sweetener instead of syrup or sugar. if you dont allow a couple of treats in your day to day life you will end up binging eventually!

scrambled eggs with some baked beans or tomatos with a pinch of salt on. when im hungover i crave carbs- dont do it! it only makes u feel more bloated and tired

try 1 wholemeal pittabread cut into 2 halfs ( roughly 112cals) with some chicken or ham with extra low fat mayonnaise and some sweetcorn and cucumber. i do enjoy this sometimes

eat between 750-950, but a good day for my is staying under 850. i also do 60mins cardio per day. it is hard work, but i get unmotivated if i only loose 1-2lbs per week eating 1200plus.

i agree- it is filling and quick. it tastes soooooo good with red pepper!
