5:2 diet advice
Hi everyone :) Im the first day into my 5:2 diet. Im overweight by over 3 stone. My question is if i eat between 1400-1600 calories on my normal days and stick to 500calories on my fast days am i eating the right amounts to loose weight or should i be eating 1200cals on my normal 5 days? Thanks

contaceptive implant hindering weight loss?
Hi. Ever since having the contraceptive implant it seems it has become very hard ti loose weight Has anyone else found this? I also suspect it causing headaches and bad skin.

Hi im currently eating between 1200-1400 cals per day. Im finding that im extremely hungry inbetween main meals. Even small snacks dont seem to keep hunger at bay. Ive found only egg whites to be filling but i dont want them everyday! What snack do you find filling?

scared of upping calroie intake!
Hi I as advised to up my calorie intake to 1500-ish from 1200-1300 that I was eating before because im doing way more exercise and have ben feeling really hungry. Is this to many calories to loose 2-3lb per week?

hi guys n gals. Can I do the 30 day shred 5 days a week instead of 7 and still see results? im not around Saturdays and sundays really so it will be pretty impossible to fit it in. advice appriciated

Hi im 2 days into doing the 30 day shred. Just wondering if i could do this workout mon-fri only and have weekend off doing it as certain commitments will make it hard to fit it in those days. If i have 2 days off a week do you think it will really hinder the positive results? Thanks

Hi all 3 months back i was doing really well and had lost 11lbs in total by healthy eating, using MFP and exercise, but unfortunatley my depression relapsed big time and i ended up going back to square one wth my weight and alot of other things :( . hi, sofar ive lost 4lbs in a week. i no its recommended we eat no less than 1200cals, but i eat 1000cals so i can loose more per week. the thing is loosing only 2 lbs per week doesnt really motivate me- but loosing 3-4 per week really does.
