I am also at work by 7am. We often stop by McD's for McMuffin with egg(300) or Sausage burrittos(300) each. That is about as good as I can do unless we cook at home....I'm not that organized yet in my weightloss program....

I walk an hour a night at a quick pace...at my current weight of 136.8 kg. it burns plenty of calories...I take one day off a week.
