I was having a really hard time shedding these last 10 lbs so it's really hard not to fall into the "oh well I'm gonna get fat anyway" mentality! !

I originally started this just to see exactly what I was eating and how much I was eating. I do use a scale to measure my food. Like I said, I need to make some adjustments that I've already started doing this morning. Thanks everyone.

Hmm...thank you everyone. I will have to make some adjustments and see what happens. I do however have muscles in places I've never had muscle before which is the only thing that keeps me going.

Oh boy! What is MFP? What is TDEE? I feel like I'm so hungry all of the time. 1200 calories just doesn't seem like enough.

2 months PP. never appreciated my pre pregnancy body until now I wish I had it now. It takes a lot of hard work that I just don't want to do again, But none of my clothes fit. Current weight: 168 goal: 135
