Welcome! You can make this work! It's not easy, but it works for me. Once you make the choice and input everything you eat on a daily basis, it becomes habit. It holds you accountable for your intake. I wish you great luck, feel free to add me!

Wow, an amazing transformation!

Stevia is what I use too! Don't let Truvia fool you, it contains Stevia but has been processed. Stevia is natural. Give it a whirl!

Low carbs for sure, carbs turn to sugar, but you need a certain amount of carbs for energy. Low carb high protein has worked for me personally with T2 Diabetes, I just have problems getting my calories in without going over my carb limit. My doctor told me to have 45 carbs for breakfast, 15 snack, 37 1/1 lunch, 15 snack,…

You are probably retaining water right now. I was on ww also. I converted to mfp and started losing more weight. I'm T2 Diabetic and ww had me eating way too many fruits. I found I've lost the most weight with low carbs and high protein diet. I do not eat my calories back from exercise. Hope this helps, my diary is open…

You need protein with the carbs especially at breakfast. Consider reducing fruits and carbs. Suggestion...1/2 dry oatmeal cooked, add fresh blueberries and 1/4 cup milk. Have a boiled or scrambled egg with it or some protein in the form of meat or meat substitute. Low carbs and high protein works for me with weight loss &…

Yep, sounds fun!

Eating 3 small meals instead of 3 big meals keep your blood sugars level, bonus!

You don't have to eliminate the oatmeal, but switch to the old fashioned cooked oatmeal or the steel cut oats, sweeten with blueberries and/or stevia/splenda. Eat an egg with the oatmeal for protein. Nix the instant oatmeal!

I use the old fashioned oatmeal or steel cut oats. I find that the old fashioned oats are better for me , it's more bang for the buck! I cook mine in water, add Splenda brown sugar (1 teaspoon) with cinnamon and 1/4 cup of milk. It tastes better that the instant and it lasts you until lunch usually.

I have a "treat" day about every 1-2 weeks where I will allow myself to eat 1 (ONE) item of choice, I plan ahead and work it into my food plan for the day. It helps me to prefill my food plan allowing me to decide if I'm getting the most bang for my buck!

I was having the same problem around 11:00 am every day. I was eating Cherrios with blueberries & Fat Free Lactaid Milk. I started eating more protein for breakfast and the drop in blood sugar has stopped, I am not a big meat eater either, but have learned to eat more of it, there are also other foods with protein,…
