Many only eat back half or less of their workout calories in order to account for inaccuracies.

I take insanity at my gym. The instructor is constantly reminding everyone to keep their heels down for this very reason. Sorry your sore. Try to keep reminding yourself, Heels down!

LOL no I don't think so. most who have been replying for a while have seen my apology for writing in at 3am and not putting my dyslexia in check. ( wow. I've told more people about my learning disability this morning than I think I have in my whole life. LOL ) The post was a vent about how silly our argument was. My…

Great post! Someone said to me at the gym.. "well you don't understand, you've never been really heavy" I guess that means I look naturally thin? I WISH! I also found bones I didn't know I had. actually startled myself rubbing my neck to to long ago. Then I realized it was my neck bone not some growth LOL

my lunches are almost always leftovers or sandwiches. I'm tiring to make more salads though. last week I did manage to cook up a large chicken breast and cut it into strips for salads latter in the week. However I only remember to make a salad twice LOL

Oh my! It seems I hit a nerve for some reason. I'm sorry it offensive to you that I vent about an silly argument I had with my husband. A man who you have no way of knowing and is just as autonomous as I am. Admittedly the argument was childish and venting was poorly thought out as well. All the same, I see no need for…

And we have a winner! I do apologize for the poor construction. I'm dyslexic, writing is not one of my strengths. However the post appears to have sparked some interesting debates.

Lol. well Drunk people rarely communicate well. And of course childbirth and tattoos are not even close to the same thing. Which again is why I laughed at myself for having made such a ridiculous comparison after a mear 3 beers. This was essentially his argument. If its for shock its not for me. My argument was I'd do it…

1, that's why I laughed about having said such a silly thing after only 3 beers. 2, he is fine with me getting a tattoo. He was only upset that I'll enjoy shocking a few people. I'd get the tattoo with or without shocking anyone but I'm shy people tend to assume a lot of things about me. So I enjoy being able to not fit…

He has s number of tattoos. most jailhouse style and poorly done. He only has two he really loves. One done by my cousin before he passed and one by his cousin.

Art is subjective to some I suppose. But I prefer the simplest definition of art. Does it evoke emotion? Yes. then it's art. I'm not religious so im not worried about defiling my body and I've met meany a biker I consider to be a fine upstanding person. I would have gotten a tattoo years ago only my tattoo artist cousin…

You loving your body is the sexiest you could ever hope to be!!. My husband also gives me grief, doesn't like my muscles says im getting close to being too thin. but we need to love ourselves first. if they see how much better we feel about ourselves they'll likely come around.

I currently have one dog. she is the dumbest mutt to have ever lived! She barks at the rain hitting the patio table but never at someone knocking on the door. I not sure what her mix is. she was a pound puppy. They said she was a lab-rotty. lab maybe, rottweiler definitely not! We love her anyway. Saving to buy a second…
