I switched to almond milk for the lower calories. found I stopped getting the painful gas and bloating I had been told was IBS. What a way to find out your lactose intolerant right lol. so yeah it will definitely be a life long switch for me, though I do miss icecream. Yes there are other ways to get the nutrients in milk.…

I often log my whole day first thing in the morning, takes almost no time at all and it also saves time.. I dont find myself in the open door of the fridge frozen like a deer in headlights 3 to 6 times a day lol. Try not seeing it as a bother and try to see it for what it is.. a very helpful tool.

Im 5'4" and 35x26.5x36 lol yep I count the halfs. My after shot is from last year about 8lb heavier than now. Im not 100% sure what my measurement was then but it was likely 36x27x37.

My sleeping habits are horrible! Ive lost 74lbs over about a 2 year period. Would it have gone faster had I slept better...idk I suppose its possible. But personally I'd be willing to bet my tendency to go over on my calories when my husband is home (he works out of town, shift work, week on- week off ) is of much more…

Andriod has a free app called Libra that works well. Also if you type weight avrage into the play store search there are quite a few others.

Count calories and drink plenty of water. We hear the water thing so much i think it easily gets ignored or down played but it really is huge! I know whenever i see an unexpected fluctuation on my scale its almost always attributable to water.

No it doesn't matter. its 100% up to personal preferences. I like snacks and smaller meals but thats just me. As long as you have a calorie deficit you'll lose weight.

Wait your gym has a NTC class?!?! Sweet!!! I could so teach that!! is it 45 or 60min?
-
Do you belong to a gym? you could try out some of the group fitness classes while wearing a HRM. you could also try plugin workouts into an app called Noom, their calorie burn estimations are really close for me ( and much better IMO than MFP's ). Ive compared it against my HRM many times its always within about a 10…

chocaholic... aka woman. lol I found I don't binge when its high quality dark chcoalte, which btw is actually good for you in moderation. If you haven't already, I highly recommend trying some mint or espresso flavored dark chocolate around 70% coco.

minimally processed, little to no additives or colors/dyes. there will be some who will define it more strictly then others... for instance some will say no alcohol. personally I say wine & beer are fine but that's just me because there is no way in hell I'm giving up an occasional beer lol. I do try to keep my diet as…

Every morning. I track it on a moving avrage app called Libra. This helps me to not stress over little daily fluctuations. And to get a better idea of my true weight.
-
Yep I get mad munchies on rest days and right before my monthly visitor. Getting out the house helps more than anything.
-
Cutting calories, workingout and just this time of year by itself can all be very stressful and tiring. remember to eat Healthy whole foods, drink plenty of water and get as much sleep as possible!
-
Im an app nut! lol. I have Noom because i like the status bar reminder. Endomondo when i need GPS. Gymrat for the weightroom. NTC (nike training club ) when i need a quick but tough workout. Zoomibes Run and Charity Miles for adding a little something to my runs.
-
My other strategy is to track my weight daily on a moving average app and only worry when my average moves not my daily weight. but as of right now my average is up. Sooo yeah cutting calories again, yay.
-
Sorry it wasn't ment as rude. I myself weigh in daily. I had a longer response, basically saying that a measuring tape is a better tool than a scale to gauge successful maintenance. But being as I have yet to take my own advice I decided not to write it. I was talking to myself as much as to you. You see I have mantained…

You only need to drop 5 more lbs if your fixated on your scale.

I stored a lot of weight in my arms and upper back too. it drove me insane!! it was the last place I lost weight from. hang in there, it will come off I promise. you sound like your doing all the right things. it maybe the last place you lose weight from but if your like me the will have of drove you mad enough that you…

well first off, failure is when you stop trying. So I don't think anyone who is back has failed they just see that they need to evaluate what they have been doing. I think the idea that once we achieve our goal weight we'll effortlessly stay there might be a bit unrealistic. to easily stay at goal weight may take a few…

Im 5'4" & not a teen at all lol but 125gw 129cw. my measurements are what you said your ideal would be. I would say focus on your measurements don't fret too much over the scale. Sounds to me like you could use a bit of weight training. But yes the ^^^ please check with your doctor first
