oooo... interesting. very "button, button" I'll bet a lot of people would be willing to do this one, and i have the kind of luck that i'd wake up 50lbs heavier three days in a row. What about one that gave you biceps but all your teeth fell out?

fruit usually does the trick, and you can always make a smoothie and freeze it into a popsicle or something.

I've been told that sweat and pain is just weakness leaving the body, so what you actually consumed was weakness. You'd better double up your brotein intake, just to be safe. and remember, raw egg whites count as water, so use those instead of water when making your brotein shake.

couldn't stand running, i would hit the treadmill only when i couldn't do anything else, but then i broke my treadmill (by running on it, ironically) and had to take it outside. ice cream cones. seriously. if i have a bowl of ice cream, i'm likely to fill the bowl up, but trying to stuff more than one (actual 1/2 cup) serving into an ice cream cone doesn't really work, and the cones are about 20 calories each, so I have about 100-140 calories of ice cream and 20 of cone, and i don't have to swap…

you could be drinking water INSTEAD of tea or soda, and just think how much less sugar you'd be getting... you could use those extra calories for something really good.... like ice cream :D

you could certainly check for "mud course" or "mud run" and your area in google and see if you get any results. You may have to go to the next biggest city if you're in a small town. big (but still healthy) breakfast, small lunch, smaller dinner. it's more likely that you'll burn calories BEFORE dinner than after.

I don't have any advice right now, but I just saw that some of my friends on FB did it so I checked it out. It looks pretty intense. I would love to get into the kind of shape needed for that. I'll ask folks on FB if they have any tips.
