  • I also use a site called food.com because all of the recipes there include the nutritional breakdown - including calories. It's a free site, and you can look things up like, "Low calorie crock pot meals," or "weight watchers" or whatever. I've actually found a lot of yummy, healthy stuff there! :wink:
