Did any of you stop to think that this mother paid the money to take her son there because it might be a little less stress inducing to the child??? I do the cardio portions between lifting... so, I can't give a full program review. I have done all of the workouts, and I love them! So much fun! My favorite is Cardio Groove!

LOL I get help with yoga too. My cat and 3 dogs think it's fascinating to clean my face or try to tip me over, depending. :) I don't mind too much though.

Avocados and quinoa are 2 of my favorites. Olive oil, peanut butter, fattier cuts of meat, and protein shakes (with added peanut butter, etc...)

I have 2 cups per day with 2 TBSP liquid sugar free creamer (sometimes I use the regular, depends on my mood) and splenda. Mmm.... I just make it fit. I have a trampoline in the bedroom, if I need a few extra even after my usual workout, I'll jump for it! LOL

I do not eat before I exercise. I have a cup of coffee, get my kids to school and workout. Then I eat a high protein breakfast. If I eat anything before I work out, I am sick to my stomach. I have not had any problem....and I have more muscle than I did when I started. :)

Mix together some cooked brown rice, spinach, and heat until the spinach is wilted. Add some diced avocado and whatever spices you like. You could also add leftover chicken breast or whatever meat you had previously. Cheap and easy! :)
