I dont do cardio. doing it often will actually slow down your metabolism. Its good for your heart but for fat loss it will only work for a while. In the long run it could actually make you gain weight if you stop.

if you go from eating a low amount of fiber to 80 grams a day you will have bloating and gas but 80 grams is not too much. I would say anything over 40 is enough but as long as you body is accustomed to it 80 grams is not a problem at all! its actually a good thing.

I would suggest lowering your calories but do not go lower than 1000 per day. Most studies do show that yoyo dieting will slow down a persons metabolism drastically over time. If you are currently eating 1800 per day and maintaining your weight try taking away 500 per day. this should set you up for a 1 lb loss a day. If…

I eat french toast at least 1 or 2 times a week not as a treat but as my healthy meal. I use whole grain bread (gluten free bread if i can find it) with an egg or egg beaters with cinnamon. and on top i just put a tbsp of pure maple syrup. some times i put a couple blue berries on top. healthy and taste pretty good.

I am 4 days away from finishing my 2nd round of p90x! what day are you on now? i might do a different program when i finish but it would be great to be doing the same thing with some one else so we could see what each of us are eating!

i think this is the best website for tracking what you put in ur body! gaining or losing weight. just because it is green or red doesn't mean a thing. starting next week my goal will also be gaining muscle. I think this is the best website hands down!

you NEED more protein! you need 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight in pounds at least! a few months ago i was doing 2 grams of protein per pound. i would suggest up your protein and cut back on carbs. congrats on the weight you already lost! you are on your way to having that nice body that you deserve
