Does anyone on here NOT do cardio?!

I'm now maintaining my weight, and as a previous anorexic sufferer who abused cardio daily I CANNOT stand doing it! I lift weights on average 4x a week, and usually walk 20m home from work Monday to Friday but that's as far as I'll go cardio wise. I love love lifting weights, and love how I feel after but get absolutely no pleasure out of cardio. I waitress daily so I'm on my *kitten* all day haha. I guess I'm just wondering if there's any one else who feels this way?

I don't either. sooo boring. Good thing cardio is optional for everything but actually performing for cardio competitively.
that said, I am playing sports again. But it's all +100% VO2MAX stuff.0 -
I freaking hate cardio!!0

It sounds like you're active enough during your daily life, between the serving and walking, to leave cardio out of your workout routine. I wouldn't worry about it if I was you.
edited to add: I love cardio and rather dislike strength training. I wish I had your preferences!0 -
Okay, so I'm a smoker and I don't exercise apart from a little walking and dancing. I made a deal with myself that at the 20KG lost mark I'd give up smoking and take up some exercise. For an orally fixated person restricting food AND cigarettes is a big ask.

When i first started i did it every day . Now that i am very close to goal i cut it down to twice a week jogs just because i enjoy doing it and doing 5ks. I also try to do zumba once a week. But, that is it!! I lift weights 4-5 times a week for an hour and that burns better quality calories in my book.0

I sorta do cardio. I like to hike along the river or bike ride with my son but an actual cardio workout nope to boring for me0

I still do cardio but have added weights in the last month and love it. I'm definitely feeling stronger, seeing toning, and losing inches. I do Kettle bells twice a week and a really intense free weights class twice a week. I have decreased my cardio to incorporate weights but not completely gotten rid of it. My cardio of choice is running by my knees say no. After I lose these last 15 lbs, I plan on decreasing my cardio some more and continuing my strength training.0

I don't do cardio in the traditional sense very often. I do barbell or strongman type circuits and sprints with a weighted sled for conditioning so that i can keep my cardiovascular performance high without getting weak or wasting muscle.0

I've greatly reduced cardio but still do some quick HIIT cardio. I also do some PS3 move games that are like HIIT (much more fun that regular cardio). I have done as much as 2 hrs of cardio a day in the past and it was literally taking me apart. I reduced it to 90 minutes and then 50 and now about 20 min of interval cardio. I'm still losing weight and getting leaner.0

I dont do cardio. doing it often will actually slow down your metabolism. Its good for your heart but for fat loss it will only work for a while. In the long run it could actually make you gain weight if you stop.0

I was pretty active with Zumba for a good long while, but recently the instructors have been putting in more hip-hop and I've been getting turned off from going to class. I've had a strong desire to start lifting lately.0

I love to lift as well, and dislike cardio. I only started to incorporate it into my weekly workouts recently because I eat too much lol, but I don't enjoy it :P0

I dont exercise at all. Tried the gym at the beginning of my weight loss, at 105 kg, didn't lose any weight for a month.0
