I am 5'6 and at 152 now, goal weight is 140, I started MFP at 163 beginning of July. My daily calories just decreased to 1290 per day

I just completed thr program last night! I never ran before and didn't think I could do it but I did. I plan to run 3 miles 3 times a week to keep up with training. feel free to friend me, I need some!
