I add Flaxseed to my shakes and cereal. It has to be milled flaxseed for your body to process it. I buy it in travel packets that contain 1300mg of OMG 3 in each packet. Great way to get OMG 3 wihtout the added fat.

I agree with you. As soon as they stop using VI they will go to their old ways. They need to learn proper nutrition and exercise for the long run. Plus it is very pricy, you can get it on Amazon and not become a distributor. I use Vi as extra protein but am still leaning to eat a Plant base diet.

I looked through again quickly just looking at the bottom ad Sugar was over almost every day. Looks like you battle teh same demiond I do. Sugar is a hard adiction to kick. Just work on it one day at a time. Stick with it you can do it.

I was just about to say that. And are you reallyhaving as many as you log. M&M's are one of thouse things that are easay to over eat. Mix in some fresh Fruit and Veggies to snack on. If your not hungry in the AM try a Protien shake with berries insted of the coffee.

Forks over knives saved my life. It’s not how much you eat it’s what you eat for me. I am eating fruit and veggies I would have never of eaten before my taste buds have really changed and I crave veggies I never would have eaten before. Congrats on your success and good luck on new adventures!
