Getting on board with 15.11 miles on the bike trainer.

Winter is hanging around here for a bit more. We are expecting a hard freeze tonight. I hope that's the end of it!

I've decided that if I aim low, I am not motivated to do more, so I'm aiming for 200 this month and praying that the weather cooperates.

One hour on the trainer for 16.28 miles and goal.

Two bike rides I had scheduled for this week got rained out. I've had a very busy work week and been mentally exhausted by the time I got home. I'm running out of month, but I will get it done. :#

I'm good with logging breakfast, lunch, and snacks because I pretty much eat the same thing everyday. Dinner, not so much.

I get my kid fix coaching Girls on the Run! (And the occasional visit with grandkids, nieces, and nephews.)

@clepant When people ask if I miss teaching, I always say I miss the kids, but not all the kids. I rode over a mountain yesterday, 41.67 miles with 3,097 feet of elevation gain.

Ran yesterday outside, since we had Spring like weather. 3.33 miles

Adding 1.74 miles for a run yesterday. Calves hurt and legs felt like lead. Why are some days so much easier than others? ETA: Ticker show's correct on my phone, but not on my laptop.

Loaded up the bike to go across town to ride with a friend. It started raining just as I got to her house. Came back home, unloaded the bike and put it back on the trainer. Got 20.02 miles.

Adding 3.5 miles for run plus warm-up and cool down this afternoon.

I actually tried a new treadmill at the gym today. I ran a mile and walked a mile. It was hard, but I didn't feel dizzy when I finished.

I used the distance version, so finished with a 5k, but it wasn't in 30 minutes. I did run one 5k in under 30 minutes when I was training for a half marathon.

Another hour on the trainer last night for 16.07 miles. Sunday's forecast looks promising for outside activities!

Knocked out 16.08 miles on the trainer watching Crashing on HBO.
