all the ones baked fresh at the bakery .. waaa I try not to eat it though .... too high in calories :( So I stick to my 35 calorie bread (Nickles).

you have to exercise, count calories, weigh your food ... and use a heart rate monitor to count the calories you've burned. feel free to add me :)

I eat two breakfasts sort of. I'll eat an egg n cheese english muffin sandwich (homemade - 262 which inclues my coffee calories) then i workout an hour and a half or two ... then I eat my second breakfast .. like cereal or coco wheats, oatmeal or something that is around the same amount of calories or less. Try to stick with clean n simple foods ... sorry i don't know another word for it lol Like half of baked chicken breast n a huge salad or steamed veggies ... Not processed kinds like (chicken nuggets and kraft mac n cheese) as they are high in calories n small in portion... and leave you hungry!! sip on water n hot tea…

Hi, It's best to get a Heart Rate Monitor and wear it while you exercise. It will show you how many calories you burned. I burn only half of what MFP says. I had no idea I was over eating because of it :( I also bought a scale to weigh my food so that I am not guessing anymore.

I wear my heart rate monitor when I clean ... that way I know how many calories I burned. n I created a new exercising calling it "Cleaning with HRM"... I agree with whoever said if you are moving around n not sweating then I would say light n if you are sweating then I would say heavy.

no, but yes lol you can eat whatever as long as you don't go over your calories ... but if you eat junk you will be hungry all the time ... n feel like you're stravin when really you will be. 300-400 calories for 1 slice of pizza ... n still be hungry .. or a HUGE salad with some meat (trukey or whatever) n cheese n…

i'm scared of big dogs n i wish people would realize not everyone likes them... n some like me are scared of them. I was bitten too. Please keep your dogs leased ..... because there's people in this world that's scared of them no matter if you say they don't bite.
