I'm already starting to lose motivation. Because I can't view everyone's food diaries from my news feed. Because the news feeds are gone. I loved being able to look at them to get ideas n now i can't.

aerobic walking?
Hello, How do I log aerobic walking? Do I just log it as walking? Or as aerobics? I didn't use a HRM so I am not sure how to log the calories :/ And regular aerobic walking isn't in the data base. Thanks for any help!

***** CORRECTED ***** I can't edit my other post, sorry I made this tonight n thankfully wrote it down to add it to MFP to get a calorie count. Is It Better?
Is it better to have a scheduled routine workout rather then randomly doing whatever whenever as long as you are doing something? I just do something daily (except Sundays) for at least an hour ... either walk, hike, go to the YMCA, do intervals of walking/running etc ... I don't have a scheduled routine like I see most…

Hi all, Does anyone know if you can add the calories you burned on MapMyFitness.com or do they make them up n add them theirself? Do you eat before you workout?

Hi All, I tried searching in the exercise data base but I can't find anything. How can I figure out a "round about" for walking n jogging ... like if i walked 2 minutes and jogged 2 ... and switching back n forth for an hour or so.

I eat one to two fruits a day i am either at 0 or over my sugar in take :( I ate a green pear n a cup of halved strawberries ... now i have 0 left on my dairy .... I though fruit was supposed to be good for you? is that kind of sugar ok for you?
