Hello, How do I log aerobic walking? Do I just log it as walking? Or as aerobics? I didn't use a HRM so I am not sure how to log the calories And regular aerobic walking isn't in the data base.
Thanks for any help!

Walking by time, of work it out by distance.
Roughly 0.3*wt in lbs per mile1 -
If you can, definitely invest in an HRM. Amazon has some pretty decent ones for cheap.
If you can't, always go on the low end. Take into account factors like incline, speed, and how out of breath you feel. If you are able to sing, you probably aren't working hard enough depending on how aerobic you want it to be. If you can talk but with a little bit of difficulty, you're not in a bad spot, that's good for "steady state." If you are out of breath and having a conversation is difficult, you're putting some work in.
Hope this helps.2 -
Thanks, I do have one but it need a new battery I think I'm going to track it as regular walking (mod pace). Its the lowest calories0

1/3 your body weight in pounds, per mile. That's your calorie burn.1
