It seems without having a friend's feed that there's no use to be on my fitness pal. It's no fun anymore to use.

I totally agree I miss the news feed where I would see my friends daily posts and accomplishments I don’t even log my full day anymore just come on to keep counting the days I’ve logged in

Agreed. It's not fun and I miss having those connections. I don't use this app the way I used to and not sure whether to delete it after all these years or just go dormant.

I absolutely agree. I used MFP for the first time around 10 years ago, and it definitely had more of a 'Social Media' type of feel to it. Being able to root for your friends, and have them support you too, was one of the best aspects of logging on. I find it difficult to stay on track with conversations and comments in the community.

MFP certainly has lost part of its appeal, especially since the boards have become less active as well. It's very 'meh' now...

I concur, I miss seeing my friends' milestones and streaks. MFP used to be so great when regarding support. Now it's lost a lot of it's shine. It's unfortunate.

I use this sight to keep track of my calories and add to the community posts.

I'm not much into cyber socializing so it had no real impact on me. :)

Yes! I totally agree. I could see when my husband or friends had logged their diary or lost weight and could cheer them on. It was part of the fun. Now I can see my friends are here, but nothing else on how they are getting on. Bit of a shame really. Not that it will stop me using the app, I'm here to lose weight, but it does take the fun out.
