I don't have much time, but I do Jillian 30 Day Shred, on level 2 now. I would like to try P90X, but I work 12 hour days 4 weeks at a time and don't have time to do an hour workout after work! Jillian is nice because her workouts are shorter. Although, when I'm done with my current job, I would love to try P90X!

I have such a hard time with sodium! For my job, they fly me out for 4 weeks at a time for work (I work on the oil rigs as a mudlogger/wellsite geologist) and I stay in a motel the whole time. The motel doesn't have a kitchen, just a microwave and fridge, so its been very hard for me with my sodium intake. I really can't…

I use a HRM, I'm 139lbs and burn anywhere from 220-240 calories when I do Jillian Michaels Level 1 Shred. So, maybe you can gauge from that? Great workout! Keep up with it, I was like that at first too, but by day 3 and 4 it wasn't so bad, but maybe that's because I had been somewhat working out before level 1. :)

Yes, there most definitely are some tricep moves in No More Trouble Zones. IT was a really intense workout, but then again, I just started 30 day shred, I'm Level 1 Day 4

Definitely recommend the 30 Day Shred! Awesome. Also, I tried Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones and it was super difficult! (although, I'm still on level 1 of the 30 day shred, maybe it's something I'll have to work up to!) Also, she has a new workout dvd coming out in March called Ripped in 30, I'm assuming it's…

I guess I'm kind of answering my question, lol, but here's another website: http://www.drugs.com/cg/potassium-content-of-foods-list.html Just wondering what you all thought too!

How many calories you need to eat is based on your BMR or your basal metabolic rate, or how many calories you need to order for your body to function-this does not include daily activity and is based on if you just sat and didn't move all day. Your BMR depends on height, weight, and other factors, I imagine-I'm not an…

I love the Oats and Honey Nature Valley bars. There's 2 bars in a packet, each one is 95 calories. I usually eat one and save the other one, but they satisfy my need for a crunchy, sweet and satisfying snack. Also, chips and salsa is great-just don't overload on chips like I like to do! 14 chips is about 140 calories (can…

I love yoga! I do mostly yoga for stretching and a low-key workout day if I'm tired. But, it depends on the routine. I love Rodney Yee's Yoga for beginners-great and modified poses-I'm not very flexible! I also do cardio and pilates in addition to yoga for my workout routine. There's cardio yoga and a probably more…

I went skiing yesterday-burned major calories! Some slacking today-but only moderately :)

I know this is off-topic, but about the HRM from the last two posts: I agree with cmriverside, I bought the F6 Polar and love it. It helps to accurately keep track of calories burned and Heart Rate, etc...It keeps a summary of your workout and summarizes your exercise at the end of the week. I spent about 100 bucks, but it…

I agree with Ebert5150. I'm only trying to lose about 10 lbs, but it's hard to start a diet. It should be more of a "lifestyle change". Since I joined MyFitnessPal, I don't feel like I've been depriving or overworking myself, I'm just more in control of my portions and what I eat. It's not an extreme change, but one you…
