Hi all! I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred at Level 1-awesome!!. I was just wondering how often is recommended to do this routine? I know you supposedly do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and then move on to level 3 for 10 days-to see the "shred" in 30 days, but aren't you supposed to have a day of rest…
