Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred-how often?

Hi all!

I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred at Level 1-awesome!!. I was just wondering how often is recommended to do this routine? I know you supposedly do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and then move on to level 3 for 10 days-to see the "shred" in 30 days, but aren't you supposed to have a day of rest for your body to recover properly? I'm curious to see how often everyone else does this workout and what their results were. Thanks!!!

    I tried this a while ago and was attempting it every day.

    I got as far as day 5 and fell off the wagon so intend to start again. It *is* a little repetitive - but it is a full body workout meaning your doing cardio AND weights which work the entire body.

    I'd say it's perfectly fine to have rest days - perhaps do it on alternate days so you'll complete it in 60 days ....

    If you're able to cope with every day (since it is only 20 mins each time) .... then go for it !!!
