Thank you for your comment. I have 40 pounds to loose and at 150 5' I am in the obese category I believe... I've lost 3 pounds easy.. but that took a lot of work... the fat just seems to not want to leave me lol. thank you again.

Thank you. You're one of the most reasonable responses i've read so far. I'm about 40 pounds overweight (150 for my 5 feet frame) and the weight doesn't want to come off easy from me.. so i'll keep on going and update as I go. Thank you for your response.

Congrats! You've set your goal so you are one step closer to achieving it. I would recommending logging in every day.... that will encourage you to keep going especially on the days you don't feel like working out or eating healthy. I've been doing the 30 day shred along with 40 mins of brisk walking for 2 weeks now. I have noticed a slight difference but on the scale but the way my clothes fit. I would use a fitness calculator to estimate how much you can realistically loose in a week (1-2 pounds is generally realistic).
