Water drinking, under calories, running 35 minutes and weights:). Yoga would be nice too. This thread was very helpful this week, as I met my goals. I did go over on calories so I will try harder with that today.

I cook a pack of chicken thighs and use for sandwiches on 100 calorie wraps. Then I load it up with fresh veggies, mustard, and sometimes Mayo or yogurt ranch. Awesome huge sandwich and low sodium!

Be under calorie goal. Not eat junk food at football game. Drink water like crazy. Do weights before work.

Using a brush when you shower increases circulation and helps the water move out of the area. It helps your body break it down while you are losing weight through diet and exercise. I have a nail brush that I use and it seems to help. Maybe I'm deceiving myself but at least it's free and can't hurt. Just keep going on your…

Just eat what you bring and have plenty of healthy snacks with protein. Make a zero junk food policy except maybe on the day before a break or something major like that.

Weights done. Got it before my toddler noticed what I was doing, took 15 mins.

Under 1200, run 30 minutes, weights routine...and water challenge!!

Happens when I'm really tired. Like my body is on autopilot to gather in energy. I eat a big dinner and drink a lot of water at night. Now I have a very small lunch sometimes and it helps.

Last month I was at my goal. I had a month long party about it and stopped logging. I found it very difficult to taper down my eating from feast to loss again. Here I am now losing the final five once more. This time I am doing a very slow approach, throwing in maintenance days along the way. The reason is so I can log…

Several per week. If I deny them too much then eventually I'll go nuts and eat too many!
-
I'll try it! I'd love to be at my goal weight for a birthday gift to myself.

Left over coffee, half a cup of unsweet soy milk, and a few drops of stevia extract. About 50 calories. Oh and pour over a big glass of ice.

Keep a mini goal In mind with a timeframe that happens after vaca. For instance... I want to be able to wear that whatever it is to that special event after vaca...... I fell prey to the mental trap of using vaca as a goal then reaching the goal and feeling "done".

Count me in! When I am stressed out and tired I turn to food for comfort. Also I'm sometimes darn hungry which adds up the calories is hurry. I'm in. The more times I avoid a food attack the better I'll be at staying healthy. Best wishes to you all!

Hiit is fun and increases your mobility a lot if you don't have a lot of time. The moves are hard but have helped me with jumping up, cleaning the house, hauling kids, being more agile, etc. I recommend it first thing in the am on days when getting a workout is really hard to fit in.

Absolutely. Nobody deserves cervical cancer.

Planks! So many variations. I dread these but force myself. Doesn't take long to get results and then You can add extra moves to make it harder and more interesting.

A protein and fat mini meal with lots of lettuce and several large glasses of water have helped me deactivate a binge. It's ok to go a little over sometimes,,, it's better than going a lot over. For example chicken breast with olive oil and romaine. Then just wait until your brain gets the message, about 20 mins. During…

Thanks everyone for your thoughtful and helpful replies! The support is incredible!

My downfall is family visits. I'm Italian and my family celebrates with special foods. It's so difficult for me to stay on track and one weekend does some real damage. This will be a big challenge but an important one to me maintaining. Unfortunately I have an all or nothing mentality and this needs to be addressed.

New fitness goals, realizing that I still need to accurately log and follow my plans, and accepting this long term are a great start! As I reach my goal again I will eat maintenance a few days per week and slight deficit a few. These ideas are so helpful! Thanks everyone! I will slow down and not restrict too much, so far…

Honey butter pecan waffle cone with sprinkles actually!! Hahahah

Wow thank you everyone so much for the informative and fast replies! I am so grateful for all the knowledgable support!

Hot sauce, olive oil mayo, opa ranch dressing, mustard, soy sauce ( it's salty tho).

Sorry you are going through this! I am no good at relationship advice, but for the weight loss here is what works for my 12 hour shifts. Start with a protein rich breakfast with coffee before work. I pack two mini lunches. For example, Greek yogurt and fruit and a wrap sandwich with salad in it. I also use two snacks, one…

Stay within calories. Exercise! Have a great day everyone!
-
Not sure if this has been mentioned, but for me I learned that my weekly deficit was very important. I would stay under goal for days, but then eat most of my deficit back over one "cheat day." My progress was very slow. Once I became consistent I saw better results.

A slice off a chicken breast and a teaspoon of olive oil with some chopped veggies. You can make it for 100 calories and it seems like a mini meal. Then drink a big glass of water or two and wait... Maybe do a chore around the house. By the time you're done you should be feeling great! Good luck!

I take glass pie pans and stack them up with foil which I reuse. I put cooked chicken or lentils on them and cut up a cauliflower, broccoli, eggplant, celery, carrot, or whatever I bought. Then I weigh each pan and Tare out each veggie as I add. I make about 4 at a time, all a touch different. Takes me about 20 mins. Then…
