We have the same goals! I’ll keep you posted. We can do this. Just had some more water and recommitted to working out after work.

So so so much in a similar situation. I’m trying to use visualization to see myself at goal weight that way small successes will be perceived as moving in the right direction. As soon as I break the momentum it’s hard to get started again. I’ve started using positive affirmations and “talking to my body,” techniques. I…

It may work for a little while but then your Body will backfire on your plans by giving you unresistable cravings that nobody could ever control. It results in binges that sabotage your progress and really work against losing weight and it’s really upsetting. U have to skim a bit of calories off to trick your appetite into…

Sometimes i feel the shake makes me hungrier cause it is like a dessert.

Wow great post you just inspired me to get to the gym today!

Zoodles with 100 calorie spaghetti sauce And Parmesan with whole mushrooms. Whole plate of food for less than 300 calories.
-
Oh yeah no dressing necessary! The avocado and berries are delicious enough!

Smoked salmon, white wine, dark chocolate. I know food rewards are bad but that’s some good stuff.

LNS1 Me2 Had strawberries at midnight. Added the calories to breakfast today but still tho, that was unplanned!

LNS O Me 1 streak 1 Yeah! I did have a snack but it was a planned one. I am calling it LNS if I exceed my plans or eat without weighing.

I am in. My definition of late night snacking is having a huge dinner without regard to calories, and any food that is unmeasured afterward. I get hone from work late and have been completely undisciplined lately.

I like an Apple, cheese stick, and cold chicken breast. It keeps in a brown bag just fine. You could add carrots, cucumber,or pepper slices. I make a pan of chicken, just baked and in the fridge. The cheese sticks and apples keep for a long time. I never seem to get sick of this.

Hey all I want to join! I’m starting today at day 1. Great challenge!

Great job, you’re an inspiration! Thanks for the reminder that personal goals and commitment come from within, regardless of what others think.

Hello! My journey keeps going on! I’ve tried so many things and the best way for me to stay on track with losing and maintaining is prelogging for the following day based on what’s in the fridge. I’ve been to my goal twice and gone back up and now I’m on my way back to goal now. I’m committed to the pre log, cause it lets…

I am with you! Knowing that we all go through the difficulties of getting started and going through setbacks helps me. Your post has helped me! I have gained and lost 20 lbs over and over. Here I am again, determined! Things that help me: Training for my retirement, I want to surg big waves. For that I had better stay in…

A boiled egg, a babybelle cheese and coffee with a tablespoon of cream. Easy, quick, and filling!

Great work! Inspiring!

I did this too, now I am sure to drink a ton of water right after the workout and have a meal ready to go too. Timing allows this , since I work out in am and then have an early lunch. It was worse for me when I was eating too little. There’s a fine line for me between triggering the appetite into overdrive with exercise…

My goal is to be in bed before midnight every night. I might not succeed because of school and work but I need to at least try!! Good job with your goals everyone! You inspire me!

Went to the candy side of things late last night but back to reality this afternoon! The candy made me feel pretty tired anyways, wasn’t worth it. However I didn’t miss anything I wanted and I have that feasted feeling. I think that’s important in life too. Now back to eating to take care of my body.
-
You inspire me! I will keep that in mind today about change occurring when you don’t quit!

My bad days, going over on calories. Although I hate when this happens, it helps me realize just how much I eat when I’m not tracking. This gives me the motivation to stay consistent as much as I can, even on a week with little to no loss in the scale.

Life is a continuum. I have gained and lost weight so many times, almost all of us have. Between babies, injuries, stress, divorce, etc., must keep trying and do what must be done. That being said, yes it does suck and yes it is very difficult and frustrating so hugs! I believe in you and I support you in this hard moment!…

It has taken me three years here to log my bad days. I do so now and it helps me. It doesn’t stop me but it gives me the data that I need to understand what is happening. I realized why under eating was leading to the bad days and I can try to fix it now. It has become a habit.

Big Apple and a cheese stick, or two boiled eggs.

Wonderful for stress and flexibility!

Sorry just saw you wanted recipes! Well then I vote for any vegetable just steamed with a touch of salt and pepper !

You’re going to laugh, but this is an easy one. I got stuck waiting for hours for my son to come home from a meet and waited right through dinner. Went into the grocery store and got a salmon packet and a can of green beans. A fork from the deli and it was delicious. They even had mayo packets for free so I took one of…

A guy jumped out at me, and I ran away while running 20 years ago. I heard a scuffle in the leaves that warned me. Lessons learned? Avoid areas with wooded lots between houses. Listen while you run. Leave a margin of space around yourself so you will see anyone coming toward you. Carry mace. Now I never run at dusk or in…
