Gosh I so need this challenge! My down fall is late night snacking. For some reason as soon as I lay in bed I have such an urge to snack! And of course it’s never the healthiest decision.

I hope me and my definition of LNS are welcome here. I’m post-gastric sleeve, so I don’t actually feel hunger at all: just sick if I skip too many meals, but I’m stalled at current weight for over a year because of snacking in bed while depressed, anxious, or suffering executive dysfunction. 🤦🏼♀️ Clearly, there’s been a lot of that.
So LNS for me is gonna be snacking in bed regardless of time.
