    I love yoga! It's a great stress buster.
    I enjoy fast vinyasa flows. I also find mandala flows are really fun.

    i just started yoga last month - started with yin yoga which was super relaxing but now trying hatha yoga to "move " more . does yoga help with weight loss ? i slow jog / brisk walk with my dog daily .
