I am nonetheless working toward a goal of 110. When I get there I'll see how I feel on maintenance. If it's too difficult I'll live at 115.

I'm 5"2. I was a size 0-3 at 110 lbs. it was more of a vanity weight for me. I can't eat that little and effectively live my life. 115 is a happy weight and I'm a size 4 with room at the waist at that size.

I make three wraps for my three work shifts. They're fine. I like the flat out light. I roll them longways and it seems like slot of food.

I like the app. When I wake up I am psyched to see if I lost anything. It helps me not to overeat at night.

Eat variety. Try eggs? Salmon? Tofu? Please take action , your teeth are suffering too even if the damage cannot be seen now. Years later they will cause pain and problems. Trust me it happened to me after years of dieting wrong and skipping food groups.

All vegetables are great, berries, whole grains as long as you are not allergic.

Usually I weigh A bunch of vegetables and roast them with a lid and a bit of water in the pan. Just plain with spices. Then I use them throughout the day for snacks and in my meals. Veggies fill me up.

Ok so I weighed the dry oats today and it was 50 g heavier than I was logging. All the errors and extras along with going over were ruining my progress. I was hoping to hear that I could eat more. Alas, I must eat less! Thanks for responses, I am back on track now.

I'm going to stick with 1200 and eat back half exercise. Any other ideas to help with the weakness and grogginess? Also very crabby.

Hi all, I am going through a similar patch. I. I am 40 lbs down and need to lose 9 more. I get so hungry that I just changed my goal to 0.5 lbs/week. Cutting out sodium and lowering my carbs a touch too. Hand in there everyone, we can do this for sure!

They're great! I did a few last week and along with a strict deficit saw the scale move. Also, I felt more energetic at work. I just pick one that fits into the time I have, and usually no equipment necessary.
