  • So I actually went of track in October 2011 and am struggling to get back on track. I've gained 14 lbs of the 30 I lost last year =( It's so hard to get back on track once you've gone off.   • Haha Food in general. I can't seem to control my appetite. I try to eat lots of veggies but when I run out I get desparate. And then when I cook dinner major downfall with portion control....its so hard when its so good.
  • I have gained a few pounds back myself but the key is to keep track of what you're doing all the time even if you fall off the wagon. If you're still keeping track you're more likely to hold yourself accountable and take action alot sooner. Even if I eat over my calories no matter how much I go over I still log it in.…
  • I just read an article that says Green Tea is a great immunity builder, helps fight off the common cold by drinking 4-5 cups a day. It did not say anything about losing weight though but I know Herbalife has a green tea that people swear helps them lose weight.
  • When it comes to comfort eating I eat celery or carrot sticks. Pickles are low in calories too. As long as your jaw is moving you should be comforted.
  • Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I am usually around a -25 in protein but under on everything else. I am getting my protein from my fat free yogurt, lean cuisine lunch and chicken or lean meat for dinner. I just can't seem to cut out the meat in my lunch and dinner =( It just fills me up more.   • It's better to lose weight slowly 1-2 lbs per week.....it makes it easier to keep it off.
